“Every Kid, Every Day!”

Dear Families,

I am honored and excited to introduce myself as your child's principal. Preschool is such a special year, filled with new friendships, growing independence, joyful discoveries, and many important firsts. I feel incredibly fortunate to share this experience with your family. 

I have worked in elementary education for more than 20 years. I began my career as a kindergarten and second-grade teacher and later served as Talent Development and Accelerated Services specialist, and school administrator. Most recently, I served as the principal of Oak Hill Community School in St. Cloud. 

Early childhood holds a special place in my heart. My years as a teacher shaped my belief that young children learn best through strong relationships, purposeful play, exploration, and meaningful learning experiences. I am committed to creating a school where every child feels safe, welcomed, valued, and excited to learn. 

On a personal note, I am married and have three children. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, and supporting my children in their activities. As both an educator and a parent, I understand how important it is to know that your child is cared for, understood, and supported at school. 

As I begin my first year at Eastview and the Nature Based Program, my priority is to listen, learn, and build strong relationships with our students, families, and staff.  I look forward to learning what makes Eastview and Nature Based Program special and partnering with you to make your child's school year a positive and memorable one.
