About Us:
The WCCA Head Start program supports the social, intellectual, physical, and emotional development of children ages 3-5. Head Start is a FREE program that provides services to income-eligible families.
Head Start encourages the parents to be their child’s first and most important teacher/s. Programs build relationships with families that support positive parent-child relationships, family well-being, and connections to peers and the community.
